All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Due to the nature of our products, which include ice gel packs to ensure freshness, we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that shipping is currently available within the UK only.

Potential Delays: Please be aware that there might be potential delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal service problems that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Local Delivery and In-store Pickup

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup options at this time.

International Shipping

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are exclusively available to customers within the UK.

How to Check the Status of Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kefir@mountolympuspurefoods.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
