Refreshing Goat Milk Kefir Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup goat milk kefir
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • A few ice cubes

Instructions:
