Everything you buy from us is dispatched in the best possible condition. If the goods you receive are damaged, defective or different from the goods you ordered you will be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund. In the event of damaged goods it would be great if you could take a photo.( This helps us with any claim from our insurers.) All goods must be examined on delivery and any loss or damage must be notified in writing or by telephone within two days from the date of delivery. Where applicable reasonable proof must be provided in order that we may claim from our insurers. After delivery we cannot accept responsibility for any defect or damage to the goods caused by unsatisfactory handling or storage in unsuitable conditions. The cost of returning the damaged, defective or dissimilar goods shall be paid by us.
